We hope you and your kids love our shoes as much as we do! In the event you are not satisfied with your purchased product, you can choose to exchange for a different model, size or colour, depending on stock availability. However, we cannot guarantee that any particular size, style or color will be available at the time of exchange. Please give us a call before visiting to confirm we have your desired model in store. No exchange on sale items. Strictly no refunds.

All exchanges are done in our retail stores:

Hopla! Shoe Shop @ United Square Mall #01-57, 101 Thomson Rd.
Exchanges for Native shoes are only done in our United Square outlet at 101 Thomson Rd, #01-57.

Defective Item
At Hopla! Shoe Shop, we check every shoe for every order to make sure that they have no defects before we send them out to our customers. In case you receive a defective item, please notify us immediately. We will review each case accordingly.
